The problem is that when the computer restarted, it went back to "Frozen" mode so after "Stage 1 of 2" finishes, it restarts and begins "Stage 1 of 2" again. Upon restarting, it came up and said that it was installing Service Pack 1 and was installing "Stage 1 of 2". I rebooted the computers in "Thawed Mode" and installed the updates. I was in my lab working today and the computers found an "Important We have DeepFreeze 7.00 running on brand new computers running Windows 7 Professional. I am a high school teacher managing a computer lab at a high school.
